The hotel is situated in the resort community of Puerto Aventuras, on the Riviera Maya, close to a nine hole golf course and marina. The famous Tulum archeological site is a 30 minutes away.

It takes about 45 minutes to get from the Cancun airport to Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen is a short 15 minute drive from the Omni.
